Can we create an account ourselves?+
No. There is no self-signup. A shop is loaded before anyone is given a login — products, prices, sellers — so the first morning at the till is a real morning of selling, not a day of settings.
Does it work when the network drops?+
Yes. You take the sale with no connection. It waits on the phone and goes up on its own when the network comes back. Stock and the debt book update at that moment.
Do we have to buy hardware?+
No. Remora Sales runs on an ordinary Android phone. No cash register, no tablet, no printer required: the receipt goes to the customer's phone.
Do customers install an app?+
No. Receipts and credit reminders go out on Nyocte, or on WhatsApp and SMS if the customer is not on it yet.
Can several sellers run the same till?+
Yes. Each seller has their own login. Every sale carries the name of who made it, and the owner sees who sold what, at what time, and what is in the drawer.
How much does it cost?+
In Cameroon: 5,000 FCFA per shop per month, or 50,000 FCFA a year — you pay ten months, you are covered for twelve. On-site licence, quoted. Nothing to buy.
What happens after we send the form?+
Someone from Remora reaches you on WhatsApp. Not a sequence of automated messages. The call is to see whether Remora Sales suits your shop, and we will say so if it does not.
Who owns my shop's data?+
You do. Sales, stock, customers and staff accounts belong to the shop. We run the software, we do not sell those numbers, and you can export them at any time.
