The shop name and a WhatsApp number. That is enough to start.
We load your products, your staff and your first count before anyone signs in. If the shop is already on Remora Sales, sign in from the header.
Before you write
How a shop actually gets on Remora Sales
- Can we create an account ourselves?
- No. There is no self-signup. A shop is loaded before anyone is given a login, so the first morning at the till is a real morning.
- What happens after we send this?
- Someone from Remora reaches you on WhatsApp. Not a sequence of automated messages.
- Do customers install an app?
- No. Receipts and credit reminders go out on Nyocte, or WhatsApp and SMS if they are not on it yet.
- Does it work when the network drops?
- Yes. You take the sale with no connection. It waits on the phone and goes up when the network comes back.
